Dear Friends of Titian Ministries,

First, an apology, for this is the first newsletter I have written in 2024 though we are 1/3 into the year. I was gifted a ticket to the US to spend Christmas with my family, which I am so grateful for! When I returned, it was time for all the end of the year financial accounting and reports, and there was some catching up to do because of my vacation. We thank God for all the good things He has brought our way this year. Because there is much to catch up on, I will tell our story mostly in pictures, going all the way back to Christmas!

For Christmas, our elderly were not only treated to some extra food, but also ministry by a traveling evangelism team that was in town for a crusade. Peter and Paul are doing well and enjoyed Christmas under the foster care of Pastor Fred and his wife Blessing. They also have baby girl twins they have adopted into their family. Our whole staff, their children, and some of “our” children celebrated Christmas together. Some are wearing or displaying their gift of clothing.

Below are some “first,” our first college graduate, Joshua from nursing school!!! And Daniel one of the first babies of the mission who now entered high school. Daniel is interested in cooking so he is in the Home Economics tract. Prosper began his university studies, majoring in Graphic Design and is loving university life. Janet, William and Xorve’s daughter, is in her last semester of a 2-year nursing program. She is doing health teaching in the picture below.

Winning Star Preparatory School, the village Christian school, is always very active. We have been working with Pastor Fred to build a kitchen. It is almost complete. Also pictured below are the Kindergarten classes with workbooks we purchased. This is an enhancement these children are able to enjoy and learn from, not available in many schools.
